Our services are offered remotely. We do consultations in person or online. We recognize that in today's day and age, not all meetings/consultations can be done in person and that most customers prefer to handle this online/remotely, to save time and money. We therefore will hold consultations and meeting via teams and/or watsupp. This is also done in order to reach a wider range of customer base, rather than just serving customers in a closed of area and region. Actual work completion will be done at the office of MDAE with total transparency and protection guaranteed.

We do Bookkeeping to Trial Balance. Customers will be able to deliver monthly documents to the office of MDAE.

We will then process these transactions in order to ensure that bookkeeping is kept up to date. An online accounting programme will be bought by the customer (customer owned). MDAE will setup the accounting programme for the customer's company and all processing will be done on this programme. The customer will have full access to this programme at all times, in order to ensure complete transparency and control.

We offer Accounting Services. Recording, analysing and reporting on the financial transactions of a business. Reconcilliation will be completed on a continual basis to ensure that the business complies with all laws and regulations. Monthly Management Accounts will also be provided to assist owners with essential decision making regarding their business. Services regarding Accounting will consist of:

We do preparation, finalization and submissions of all Personal as well as Company Tax Returns. We also advise on tax related matters.

We do completion of Annual Financial Statements. We offer both service of Bookkeeping, Accounting and Annual Financial Statements from inception to finalization, as well as Annual Financial Statements solely where Bookkeeping & Accounting work has already been done by another source/company.

WORKING AS A CONSULTANT

We understand that not all companies can afford to pay a professional in their field, the required salary that comes with expert advise, work ethic, knowledge and skill. For this reason, MDAE can provide this service on a consultant basis. We can provide this expert work service once or even twice a week at the customer's office, depending on client preference, where the customer can be assured that all financial processing, records and reporting will be done at expert level at the fraction of the price.

We at MDAE know the struggles that people are facing with regards to theft, fraud and insufficient work ethic when it comes to deceased estates, and for this reason, it has become the mission of our company to protect and guide in relation to Estates. We offer the following services:


1. Drawing up of Last will & Testament.


2. The choice of Executor is 100% your choice. We do not advocate to become your Executor.


3. Looking at current financial information (assets on hand, cash, policies etc.)


4. Step by step guide in registering Deceased Estates with Master Office.


5. Step by step guide in administration of Deceased Estate.


6. Drawing up of draft L&D account for estates as it is at that given time, to show exactly what information would be        given to the Master's office, as well as seeing if sufficient funds is available for asset distribution without selling off       assets.


7. Draft Taxes to ensure sufficient funds are available for tax purposes.


8. Drawing up contracts for companies to ensure assets are protected against other directors.


9. Drawing up Living will to ensure that medical wishes are in place.


10. Yearly review of Last Will & Testament to ensure that financial information as well as personal information provided in the Will on file, remains accurate and up to date.
